"Pretty dependable compared to others I’ve tried"
I’ve been using Mighty Networks for my community, and it’s been reliable overall. Compared to a few other platforms I’ve messed with, it feels a lot steadier day to day. Pages usually load without any fuss, and I haven’t run into many crashes or random error messages. I did have one time where notifications seemed to lag a bit, which was annoying, but it sorted itself out later. It’s not completely flawless, but I generally feel like I can count on it when people are actually using the community.

"Good integrations, a few little gaps"
I’ve been using Mighty Networks for a small paid group, and overall the integrations have been solid. Zapier made it easy enough to connect my forms and email list, without me having to get too deep into... whatever setup rabbit hole I was expecting.
Some things aren’t as direct as I’d like, so a few workflows feel a bit patched together, if that makes sense. But once I got everything working, it stayed working, so I’m still at 4 stars

"Finally made paid memberships less of a hassle!"
I’ve been using Mighty Networks for my small community and a few courses, and it’s made things so much easier. Setting up the paid plans wasn’t complicated at all, and I like that people can choose monthly or yearly, depending on what works for them. Payments just come through... no awkward chasing people down or keeping track of everything myself. It’s made selling memberships feel way less messy!!
"Branding options feel a bit limited"
I like the product overall, but the branding options are limited. I was hoping to customize more things, actually, I’d really just love to see more options for making it feel like our own.
"Pretty good value, though I’m not totally sold on the price"
We’ve been using Mighty Networks for our small community, it’s been worth it so far. I was a little hesitant about the pricing at first because it doesn’t exactly feel cheap, but we do end up using a lot of the features, so I can see why it makes sense. That said, I still kind of wish the lower plan included a bit more. Overall, I’d say it’s a good value, just not something I’d call a bargain.

"Support replied faster than I expected"
I had a small issue and thought I’d be waiting around for a while, but support got back to me fast and fixed it without much back-and-forth. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a cold slice of pizza when the reply came in, so that stuck in my head. Overall, really easy experience.

"Pretty useful for keeping tabs on my community"
I’ve found this really helpful for tracking what’s going on in my community. The stats are solid and give me a good sense of activity, though I’ll admit some parts can be a little confusing at first. Overall, I’d say it’s worth using if you want a clearer picture of your community’s progress.

"Pretty smooth onboarding, but the migration dragged a bit"
Overall, the onboarding was good and easy enough to follow. Nothing felt too confusing, which I appreciated. The only thing was the migration took longer than I expected, so that part was a little annoying. Not a huge deal, but yeah, it definitely could’ve been quicker...

"Course setup works, but it could be smoother"
I was able to get my course set up in the end, so it’s not like it doesn’t work. But a few parts felt more confusing than they needed to be, and it kind of seems like the setup flow wasn’t fully thought through. It took me longer than I expected just to get everything arranged properly

"People actually talk here"
My group feels so much more active now. People are actually chatting and responding instead of just lurking, which is kind of ridiculous in the best way.

"I use the app mostly to check posts..."
I use the app mostly to check posts and messages, and for that it does the job. At least for me, though, it feels a bit slow sometimes, and I’ve noticed notifications don’t always come through like they should. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I do think it needs a few fixes to be more reliable.

"I really wanted to like Mighty Networks..."
I really wanted to like Mighty Networks, but using it felt more clunky than I expected. I spent way too much time trying to find basic settings and options, and it started to feel like I was just left to figure everything out on my own.
The layout isn’t awful, but simple things take too many clicks. Some areas make sense, and then suddenly I’d hit a section that was confusing with no clear guidance, which made the whole experience frustrating.
Maybe it gets better once everything is fully set up, but for me it never felt very easy to use. I also didn’t feel like my confusion was really being addressed, so I came away feeling a bit ignored

"Member management feels kind of clunky"
I’ve been using Mighty Networks for a small community, the member management side just feels more awkward than I expected. Like, it technically works, but when I’m trying to find someone, sort through members, or make a quick update, I keep thinking, wait, why is this taking so many clicks?
It’s not unusable or anything, but once the group starts growing, it gets messy fast. I really wish the bulk actions were easier to understand and actually felt quick. Support was fine when I reached out, but I still feel like I spend too much time dealing with basic member admin stuff that should be simpler.
